In various mechanical manufacturing sectors, modern laser cutting systems are favored for their ability to cut workpieces of different shapes and sizes with ease. While laser cutting may be slower than die punching, it eliminates the need for molds, mold repairs, and saves time on mold replacement, ultimately reducing processing and production costs.
