1. High-precision gantry dual-drive structure
Imported high-precision gear racks and linear guides are used to ensure smooth transmission, fast speed and precise positioning.
The X, Y and Z axes are equipped with Bochu servo motors, which are powerful, have high torque and fast response. With high-rigidity mechanical structure, they can ensure stability and precision during high-speed cutting.
2. High-rigidity bed design
The overall heavy-duty welded bed is annealed + vibration aging to relieve stress, ensuring long-term use without deformation.
The guide surface is finely machined to optimize the mobile response speed and improve cutting stability.
3. Intelligent CNC system BOCHU 9200 System
Equipped with a CNC system optimized for laser cutting, it integrates a variety of efficient cutting function modules (such as automatic edge finding, frog jump and empty shift, etc.), with a simple operation interface and efficient programming.
4. High-performance cutting head BOCI BLT 462 cutting head (Black Diamond) and sensor system
The fiber laser cutting head is equipped with a high-sensitivity capacitive sensor to track the plate position in real time, ensure stable focus, and adapt to fast perforation and high-quality cutting of various materials.
The imported electronic proportional valve accurately controls the gas pressure (oxygen/nitrogen) to optimize the cutting section quality.

2. If there is a problem with the equipment, respond within 4 hours of customer feedback, and will solve the customer problems within 24 hours.
3. The equipment provides lifelong maintenance, and the manufacturer only charges the cost after the warranty period.
